6 Effective Exercise to Improve Your Eyesight: 5 and 6 Are Yoga Techniques.

Did you know that there are exercises for your eyes? Well, here are a few which will help your eyesight.

1. Blinking.

Blink for a minute. This exercise helps regulate blood circulation in the eyes. Blinking is also an excellent way to relax your eyes. It helps grease your eyes, clean them and give them a break from the light.

2. Look at your right and left.

This exercise can be performed for 30 to 60 seconds. To do it correctly, you need to first look at your right. Do it slowly while inhaling. Then turn slowly to your left while exhaling. Remember that you should perform this exercise very slowly. Close your eyes for a few seconds after finishing.

3. Close your eyes and relax.

All you need is to close your eyes and relax. This ensures that your eyelids are relaxed completely. Stay with your eyes closed for at least 30 seconds.

4. Move and gaze in different directions.

This is an exercise that improves all aspects of visual perception. To perform this exercise, move your gaze to the right, then to the left, up, and then down. Ensure that you spend at least 5 seconds on each gaze.

5. Yoga techniques.

Light candle.

Trataka is an Indian meditation technique. It improves eye muscle and strength eyes sight. It also improves memory and enhances concentration. To perform this, you need to sit and place a burning candle at a level within arm’s reach. Look at the upper part of the flame for 10 to 15 seconds without blinking. Close your eyes and maintain a vivid image of the flame as long as possible. Repeat the exercise three times. Increase the period to 1 minute. Time with closed eyes should be increased gradually too.

6. White sheet of paper.

Place a white sheet of paper with a black dot at the eyes level, within arm’s reach. Look at the spot for 10-15 seconds without blinking. Close your eyes and maintain the image of the point as long as possible.
