4. BEFORE GOING TO BED

Taking a glass of warm water before bed helps replenish any toxic fluid that body has accumulated through out the day.

It keeps the body system hydrated through out the night.

5. WHEN YOU ARE FEELING TIRED.

This routine should not affect the normal time you consume water as your system demands like when thirsty or after a meal. However, avoid drinking too much water immediately after a meal so as to avoid bloating.

It is advisable to take just enough water to digest your meal then wait for about an hour after your meal for a full gulp
